GRADES ARE DETERMINED BY 2011 – 2012 SCHOOL YEAR “EVERYONE PLAYS”

Quick Facts:

When…………. 1st – 6th Saturday Mornings – 7th – 8th Weeknights (There is a chance ALL games will be played on Saturdays)
Where………… Fields throughout Utah County
Who….……….. 1st – 8th Grade (Everyone Plays)
Fees………..…. $175.00 (1st – 8th Grade) Late Registration fee of $195.00 after July 1st (no guarantee equipment will be on time)
Dates…….…… Practice Begins July 26th – Games Start Saturday, August 27th, 2011
Includes…….... 8 games and game jersey w/ embroidered names, mouth guard (Helmet, game pants, belt & all body pads provided, but must be turned in at the end of the season) *Belted Practice pants (have slits in the waistband & cleats are NOT provided

Deposit:

$150 Deposit for equipment is required – will be returned when equipment is turned in at the end of the season – DO NOT send deposit with Registration. The deposit checks will be collected at the equipment handout. NO equipment will be handed out without the deposit check.
